Rather than blend your results into a single score, this tool does what a clinician does: it compares each parameter to the WHO 2021 lower reference limit and tells you plainly whether it is within range. A strong value in one parameter never hides a weak one in another.
Concentration, how many sperm are present per millilitre. WHO lower limit 16 M/mL.
Progressive motility, the share swimming actively forward. WHO lower limit 30%.
Morphology, the share with a normal shape. WHO lower limit 4%.
This is not a diagnosis. A value below reference is common and does not on its own mean infertility. Parameters vary between samples, so confirm any below-range result with a repeat test and a qualified clinician. This check also does not cover volume, vitality, pH or DNA integrity.
